Are there any minimums for silk-screening?

Answer: We do not have any minimums however there are set-up charges under 144 pieces.

What is your turn around time?

Answer Our turn around time for a silk-screening order is 7-10 business days from the final art approval depending on order size and press availability.

Do you handle RUSH jobs?

Answer We are generally able to accommodate rush orders, however  please call for scheduling and pricing information.

Embroidery

How do I know how many stitches are in my design?

Answer After your logo or design is digitized we will be able to give you a true stitch count.  Based upon the artwork an estimate can be provided but it is only an estimate.  Please E-mail Don Wilson

I have my own embroidery tape, can you use it?

Answer Yes we can.  Just send it to us via e-mail to Don Wilson.

Do you do patches or relabeling?

Answer Yes we do.  Please call us for pricing.

What is your turn around time for Embroidery?

Answer On a normal order, your expected processing time is between 7 and 10 business days after approval of artwork.  Larger orders, multiple locations and individual personalization’s may require a longer production time, please make sure you are placing your order with enough time to process.  If you have an event date please not this on your purchase order.

Shipping

How will I know my order has shipped?

Answer You will be notified by a UPS Quantum Notification, which comes directly from UPS. You must provide the E-mail address that you wish to be notified with, which is entered when your shipment has been processed.  This also applies to FedEx shipments as well.

I want to place an order, but I have some questions. What can I do?


Answer: Customer service is our #1 Priority. Just give us a call and a representatives will be happy to answer any question you might have.

 

I want to put our company logo on an item but we do not have art. What do we do?


Answer: Just prepare your order, and then call us. We maintain a full service art department for development of artwork. Supply us with letterhead, an e-mailed image, inform us where on your web site your logo is, send us a copy or sketch. Our professional staff can handle it. We will supply you with a copy of the completed art for your approval prior to sending the order into production. The cost for this total graphic service is nominal and depends on complexity of your logo and number of imprint colors. A firm order must be placed and approved, prior to our beginning art development.

 

What is your lead-time for an order and if I have a special event date that has to meet, can you help me?


Answer: Generally speaking our standard production time is 7 -10 days. Some orders may take a shorter time and others longer. For special event needs, we strongly advise you to contact us as soon as you send in your order so that we are sure to schedule production to meet your event date.

 

Can I see a sample prior to production?


Answer: We can almost always get a sample of your product for approval.  Please keep in mind that set up charges and a possible spec sample charge may apply.  Please contact us so we can give you proper information.
